The Onstad Law Firm was founded in 1996. Prior to then, Rock Onstad began practicing law in 1975 at Kronzer, Abraham & Watkins, 800 Commerce St., Houston, Texas, and became a partner in 1981. Thereafter the firm became Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Ballard, Onstad & Friend. In 1991, Rock practiced at Onstad, Kaiser & Fontaine, at 1360 Post Oak Blvd., Houston, Texas, from 1991 until 1996, when it became time to say good-bye to Houston, and hello to beautiful Lake Travis.

Our practice is statewide. We have had and continue to have cases pending in courts from El Paso to Texarkana, and many placed in between. We also handle cases in Arkansas.

We normally accept cases for clients on a contingency fee basis. What that means is that you are not responsible for any attorney's fees or expenses unless we make a recover for you.
